Harley Flagler, current President of The Flagler Corporation has been employed at the Flagler Corporation all of his adult life. Harley worked in the factory with many duties to familiarize himself with the full understanding of the business operation. Harley was Vice President of Engineering from the mid 1960's to the mid 1970's when he became President and General Manager.

Harley traveled extensively from the mid 1970's to the early 1980's to build up the distributorships of Flagler Products. Many of the representatives he met are still with Flagler today. These new relationships freed up Harley to concentrate on coordinating the day-to-day working between sales, engineering, administrative, and manufacturing.
